Activity: (Suddenattack)
It was Friday night after school and since it was Saturday tomorrow though I am very tired, with much anticipation and without hesitating I contacted my friends and I asked them if they would like to gather for a game of first person online shooting(FPS) to at least keep in touch via the internet. Firstly i contacted Adrian(Pepsicola) and without much persuasion he agreed to, next up was Darius(heheboi) he was busy with something but agreed to play with us right after he was done with his stuffs which was estimated around 20mins later, Xiao Dong(huolong) without much persuasion to ask him to play with us together too and lastly was Wilson(Staffcai) indeed he was a hard nut to crack. It took me 5mins of messaging and 10mins on the line to persuade him to join us together in the game and my throat was dried and sore all thanks to him. At first when we were all playing happily and enjoying our game very much in the Singapore server but as the time goes by and it got very late which was 1.30am, 95% of Singaporeans players were all fast asleep and we had to move on to another server where there is population of players who are online then for us to have a better experience of the game and more to kill. We then went to Tungsten server which was designated for Malaysian players to play at as their connection would be much better in the server as they live in Malaysia. But unfortunate us, we were Singaporeans and we live in Singapore so our connection was not really that good as compared to playing in the server that was designated for Singaporeans who were living in Singapore. We experienced lots of lag and we were all were rather unhappy about it as it was very disrupting and it was killing our gaming experience but thinking that we were all playing a game of FPS together despite the fact that we all got our tight schedule and tiring day we still made an effort to play a game together. Suddenattack is a game which requires lots of teamwork and lots of communication and vigilance inside the game. We use a programme by the name of Skype to help communicate in the game. And in the games we also uses commands which is created by the creater of the game to help us notify sightings of enemies and the places of our position. Firstly we had a warm up match against the public for a few times to get the “feel” and then we had a 4vs4 game with 4 which is our own friends and the other team of 4 is online players and this is when the programme skype comes in handy. When the game starts we will start to communicate with each other what to do and we will get in to our position and to give each other backup if there is a need. Even Malaysians are human right? So around 3-4 am in the morning the server was dead already and all of us went to bed after a very long day.
Activity: (Sentosa Outing)
It was a dull Saturday morning, waking up from my slumber after a tiring Friday. Drag myself to the toilet, brushed my teeth, changed my clothings, took out an extra set of clothings, took my shampoo and bathing foam, my towel and a plastic bag to put my drentch clothings into to the plastic bag carrier to prevent my bag from being wet. Firstly i went to a bus stop near my house to meet up with a friend of mine name Jospeh who stayed nearby, but when i reach there and i was late for 5mins too. I realised that he was not there and so i waited for him, after 15minutes i found it weird, as he was not the late type of people. I then made my way up to his house as i did not bring my phone along for fear of the rain. When i reach his doorstep, as i expected he was still inside his house because his slippers was still at his doorstep. I shouted for him and finally he came out after few shouts he look surprised and i asked him why didn’t he made his way down to the bus stop when it was time to waited for him for another estimated 15minutes and we took a bus to jurong east interchange and realise that our friends have yet to reach and so we took the opportunity and we went to a nearby coffee shop and have out breakfast. Text our friend name Arthur and asked where is he and he told us he was on his way. Thinking that we still having a long time wait for him to reach we slow down out speed eating our breakfast. But still after dragging our eating speed he have not reach and so we still have to take our own sweet time drink our beverages. Finally after we finish our beverages when he reach and still we had time as the other have yet to reach and so we waited foranother half an hour and we made our way to platform A and again we waited 10mins for our friends Xiao Dong, Adrian, Zi heng, Ding Xun, jeslin, Melissa and renee to arrive and we took a train to outram park and we switched train and to VivoCity and travelled using the monorail we reach sentosa. Actually there wasn’t much things to do there either, we played ‘UNO’ having a forfeit that whoever lose will be thrown into the sea by us the game was super draggy and it was super time killing too finally xiao dong was the loser and he was suppose to be thrown into the sea by us but however he didn’t abide to the forfeit and he said that he himself would throw himself into the sea, not wanting to force him as it was a day which we wanted to enjoy we forgo that forfeit and we took the volleyball and starting to ‘dig, set and spike’ didn’t know that we all were so indulge in the game that the sun has started to set and we reluctantly kept the ball and proceed to the bathroom to bathe and had dinner and took a bus straight home.
Since monday was a public holiday my friend alvin and his girlfriend together with me went to Marine Barrage to spend our day there. it was early in the morning when i woke up to realise that it was already 11am. i search for my phone which i remember i last used on my bed when i smsed my friend and i fell asleep.
punched in alvin's number and waited for him to pick up the call, but like what i was expecting. indeed he was still sleeping. after that i tried calling his girlfriend and luckily she was already wide awake and she also had a hard time contacting alvin. so we both met up first at Marina Bay around 1pm. When we both saw each other we were holding on to our hold our phone beside our ear trying to get alvin on the phone. We kept trying to spam calling his phone for 10mins and we gave up. We just sat at a corner in the mrt station and waited for " his majesty " arrival. while waiting we talked about many many things. from how he know alvin and how they started out and to what are we going to do later. finally after 1 and a half hour alvin " his majesty " finally arrived. his girlfriend and me saw him and for a moment we smiled but after we regain our consiousness we chided his like mad for being so late. we all agreed on meeting at marina bay mrt station at 1pm and he was late for 1 and a half hour. we were so furious!!! we came to a stop after scolding him or 5mins straight without stopping. ok, so after we have calmed down we took out time and slowly we walked to marina barrage it was very sunny and windy and there was a lot of people there!!! we found a spot and we settled down. alvin's girlfriend took out her kite and without much knowledge about flying a kite we tried to mimic the rest of them and with much effort we finally flew the kite for a min and it dropped down again. feeling very exhausted we sat down and munched on the chips and drank the soft drinks which we bought from the shop in marina barrage that cost us a bomb which resulted a big hole in our pocket. we enjoyed the sunset view and made our way home with the help of bus 502 which was a straight bus home.
